I was privileged to be the Liverpool Same-sex wedding photographer for Rachel & Clare’s wedding in March. I was really excited as it was my first female same-sex wedding! What a beautiful couple to spend the day with! Rachel & Clare were so relaxed in front of the camera, it was such pleasure capturing their special day. It’s weddings like this that make being a Liverpool Wedding Photographer such an amazing job! Liverpool has become such a top wedding location in the North West, here are 5 Reasons to Get Married in Liverpool.
Same Sex Wedding Photography in Liverpool
It was a lovely sunny day and there was a lot of love and laughter in both rooms as Rachel & Clare were getting ready with their lovely bridesmaids. Clare and Rachel’s ultra-cute dog Roxy also had her own bridesmaids dress too! It really was a warm and lovely wedding celebration. They had chosen the Marriot Hotel in Liverpool City centre as their venue and it was the first time I had shot there. Natural Wedding Photography in Liverpool
Roxy looked fab walking up the aisle with her bridesmaids and the wedding ceremony was fabulous with a good sprinkling of tears and laughter. It is always amazing to witness the love and affection showered on the happy couple, people are so happy for the couple. Weddings are such uplifting thing to witness and photograph, the day is just full of amazing moments between people. I love capturing the hugs and kisses from the guests after the wedding ceremony, and there were lots of big hugs for Clare and Rachel to photograph. My style of natural wedding photography is perfect for capturing real moments without posing or stopping people.
Relaxed Portrait Shoot With no Posing
Rachel & Clare love the Anglican Cathedral and we drove over to take some relaxed couple shots of Rachel & Clare just having fun. They have a great energy and are really up for a laugh, so my job was easy getting some fantastic photographs of the girls larking about. We captured some great photographs and had lots of fun to boot! My style of relaxed photoshoot is perfect for couples that don’t want to pose but would still like some fab couple photographs.
Rachel & Clare entered the wedding breakfast room to massive cheers and it was great fun photographing some excellent and hilarious speeches. A brilliant 2 girl flower bouquet throw and a very funky first dance ended a brilliant day photographing my first female same-sex wedding.
Rachel & Clare I loved photographing your special day, all the very best for the future! Did you know a lot of newlyweds are choosing a Honeymoon In Liverpool?
